The Camping-Village (100,000 m²) is located on the shores of Lake Mergozzo, a small lake with clear and very clean water (1st in Europe) just 1 km from Lake Maggiore, in a beautiful and quiet location.

The long, sandy beach, which slopes gently towards the lake, is perfect for even the youngest children. The natural beauty that surrounds it and the opportunity to practice a variety of sports make it the ideal destination for an unforgettable family holiday.

We offer our guests the opportunity to stay in comfortable mobile homes and apartments with private bathrooms, kitchenettes (with microwave oven and filter coffee machine), satellite TV and air conditioning. For camping lovers, we have shaded pitches ranging from 70 m² to 105 m², all equipped with electricity (6 amp), satellite TV connection, and fresh water supply and drainage.

Numerous services: Camper service, car wash, laundry (washing machines and dryers), and babysitting service. Bar with satellite TV, billiards, and video games, supermarket (with newspapers), restaurant-pizzeria, takeaway, snack bar on the beach and by the pool, free WiFi (80% coverage). Waikiki Water Park. Electric car charging station (for a fee). Children's playground (partially covered), synthetic grass tennis court, two synthetic grass soccer fields, beach volleyball, spinning, fishing, ping pong, canoe, pedal boat, and bicycle rentals (for children and adults). Multipurpose room for conferences, shows, and entertainment, large screen for large events. Covered arena. Free hot water and showers, car parking. Possibility of excursions and horseback riding.

1,500 m² unheated swimming pool. Divided into an adult and children's area, with a whirlpool, rapid river, wave pool, and slides; "La Botte" water feature and Spray Park. Free sun loungers and umbrellas.

INTERNATIONAL ENTERTAINMENT 7 days a week. Various daytime activities (Mini Club, Maxi Club, soccer tournaments, tennis, beach volleyball, water aerobics, spinning, muscle toning, and excursions) and evening activities (live musicals, Mini-Disco, game nights, kids' shows, etc.) for all ages.

Continental Verbania Golf Course and Lago Maggiore BMX Park (in the immediate vicinity) with special prices for our guests.


Our Campsite's constant goal is to improve its facilities and services, paying particular attention to people with disabilities and/or mobility issues. We have improved the ACCESSIBILITY of the campsite's internal routes, access to individual facilities (bar, swimming pool, dedicated restrooms, arena, beach, etc.), and we can offer maxi caravans specifically equipped to make it as easy as possible for those with mobility issues. New for 2025: Water Castle in the Baby Pool.
